Muchoviento.net provides wind forecasts based on numerical weather models. The forecasts are tailored to the specific needs of windsurfers, kitesurfers and sailors.

2. Acceptance of terms and conditions
By retrieving and using the forecasts, the user accepts the hereby defined terms and conditions. Muchoviento.net keeps the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

3. Copyright and right of use
Unless stated otherwise, the content on muchoviento.net is subject to copyright. Right of use is limited to private, non-commercial use only. The only exception to this rule are the pdf-printouts, which can be used by surf-, kite- and sail-centers for informational use of their customers.

4. Nonliability
The information provided on muchoviento.net is produced with great care. However, errors cannot be excluded and we take no liability for the usage of our forecasts. Especially we take no liability for any damage, losses and drawbacks related to the usage of our forecasts. Furthermore we take no accountability for the content of linked pages.
